You approved my loan but I didn’t electronically sign as I had to leave my computer briefly. How can I sign my loan from here?
We have sent an email to the email address you gave us in your application. This email has a link to return directly to your loan agreement online for you to sign electronically. In addition to this, a PDF version of your loan agreement is attached which you can sign and return by fax to 0845 127 4365
I am an existing customer – can I change my details?
Log in to our Existing Customer Login (you will have received an email with the login details). Here you can inform us of your change of details. Please be aware that we may request confirmation before updating them
Can I defer my loan?
You can apply for a deferral through our Existing Customer Login
As an existing customer, can I take out another loan?
You can apply for a further loan through our Existing Customer Login. Please note that you cannot take out a further loan until you have repaid any outstanding loan.
How long will it take for me to get my loan?
Your loan will be transfered on the same day as you complete your loan agreement. However, it may take up to 48 hours to clear into your account, depending on which bank you are with.
