PaydayUK now has access to the Faster Payments Service*.

This means that when you have signed your loan agreement and your loan is deposited that you will have the funds in your account the same day. Faster Payments delivers a huge improvement to the UK banking system, where the vast majority of electronic payments used to take up to three working days to clear.

Faster Payments is the first new payments service to be introduced in the UK for more than 20 years. For the very first time phone, internet and standing order payments can move within a few hours - almost at the touch of a button.

The Faster Payments Service allows our customers to receive their payday loan in hours rather than days, at no extra cost.

As a customer, do I need to do anything to take advantage of the Faster Payments Service?

1. No, you don’t need to do anything different.
2. You only need to check whether your bank has the new service for you to receive a Faster Payment from PaydayUK. You can do this at www.canipayfaster.co.uk. The Sort Code Checker uses the latest industry data, which is updated weekly, in line with industry practice.
3. If the Faster Payments Service is not available to you yet, payments can continue to be made through existing mechanisms for making electronic payments, such as BACs, which can take up to three working days to clear.

*Please check with your bank if they accept Faster Payments, otherwise some banks may take up to 3 working days to clear the funds. Please note no deposits are made on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays.  All loans are subject to final checks.
