Getting a payday loan

What do I have to do?
Complete our quick payday loan application online or you can call 0800 280 25002. If you are approved, you will be asked to complete your bank and debit card details and then sign your payday loan agreement. We will do the rest!
When will I receive my payday loan?
We will transfer the funds to your account on the same day† as your payday loan is completed. For new customers, applications must be received before 1530 and completed by 1700. Please be aware that banks that do not accept Faster Payments may take up to 3 working days to clear the funds. All loans are subject to final checks. To check if your bank accepts Faster Payments go to www.ukpayments.org.uk/sort_code_checker/ and enter your bank's sort code.
It’s paid directly into your bank account so you can access it as you would normally take money from your account.

Can I have two payday loans at the same time?
Unfortunately, all prior payday loans have to be repaid before another can be offered. This is because we are a responsible loan provider and want to ensure you can easily pay what you borrow.
What happens if you do not give me a payday loan?
If we are unable to provide you a payday loan on this occasion we may pass your details to another financial services company who may be able to provide you an alternative product. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
What do I need to do if I have changed my mind?
You can withdraw from your agreement within 14 days of you signing the loan agreement by contacting us by post, email or telephone on 0871 271 611 (Call charges apply – 10p per minute from BT landlines, mobiles and other providers may vary). Upon withdrawal from the agreement, you will need to repay without undue delay, the full amount of credit and interest accrued (at a daily rate until the date of withdrawal).
