• This prize draw is open to all Payday Loans Limited customers that leave a review on Trust Pilot except employees of the Payday Loans Limited, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the draw. Offer excludes Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and non-UK addresses.


• This prize draw will have one prize winner on the last day of each month. The prize is £500 voucher to Amazon, non-refundable or exchangeable.


• To enter the prize draw, entrants must leave a review on Trust Pilot.


• The winner will receive a request for their contact details via the Trust Pilot ‘Find Reviewer’ system.

Entrants:

• Any winner who does not give correct details when contacted by the Promoter to arrange fulfilment of their prize, or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.


• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.


• Entries must be received by 11.59pm on the last day of the month.


• The prize draw will take place within 10 days of the end of the calendar month. One winner will be randomly selected.


• All personal data will only be held for the purpose of fulfilling this promotion and promotions involving the winners in accordance with these terms, and shall not be used for any other purpose whatsoever without prior consent of the relevant entrant(s) and/or winner(s).


• Once the Promoter has contacted the winner via Trust Pilot, the winner will have 30-days to claim their prize, if not claimed, it will result in the prize being forfeit and the Promoter may at its absolute discretion dispose of the prize at its discretion without liability to the winner. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into.


• By accepting the prize package, the winners agree to adhere to the prize draw terms and conditions.


• The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prizes which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason.


• No person may win more than one prize during the promotion.


• There is no cash or other alternative prize exchangeable for any of the prizes in whole or in part. In the unlikely event that a prize is unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may at its sole discretion substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. In the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control including if the event is cancelled, the prizes will become void and will not be exchanged for any other prize.


• Sale, transfer or exchange of any part of the prize package is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to sell, transfer or exchange any part of the prize will result in the prize being withdrawn by the Promoter and the prize will be declared null and void.


• By entering the promotion and accepting the prize, the winners agree to take part in publicity in connection with this promotion and to the Promoter using their names and approximate geographic location for promotional purposes and to publish this information in a list of winners.


• Additional copies of the rules and the name and county of the winners will be available by sending a stamped address envelope to:

• The Promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or withdraw the promotion without prior notice at its absolute discretion.


• The Promoter’s decision is final and no other correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.


• By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions.


• It is the winners’ responsibility to comply (at their own expense) with any laws requiring payment of any tax, duty, levy or similar impost relating to the award of any prize, and the Promoter shall have no responsibility in respect thereof.


• Entrants agree that this prize draw is governed by English law, and that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
