James Clayton is Commercial Director of Flux Funding and has been with the business for 9 years. He is also Flux’s Compliance Officer, responsible for regulatory oversight across Flux Funding and all of its connected consumer brands.
James helps ensure that compliance and customer outcomes inform how the business operates and grows. He plays a central role in Flux’s approach to Consumer Duty, working across its brands to support clear communications, fair treatment and responsible customer journeys.
Before joining Flux, James was Operations Director at Salience Search Marketing, helping companies across a range of markets realise their digital potential. 23 years experience in digital media helps to shape his approach to building brands and improving online experiences, with a strong focus on customers’ needs.
